The workflows

Three pipelines. One shipping platform.

Product Ads, B Roll, A Roll. Each takes a real input and returns a finished cut. This is the output layer of Narrative AI.

Workflow 01 · Product Ads

A product URL becomes a finished ad.

Drop a product page and a one-line brief. Agents extract the product, pitch angles, write the script, storyboard every beat, render the scenes, and stitch the cut with voice, subtitles, and avatars.

  1. 01 Extract
  2. 02 Concept
  3. 03 Script
  4. 04 Storyboard
  5. 05 Render
  6. 06 Stitch
  • Product identity holds across every scene: palette, packaging, proportions.
  • Multiple story angles per brief, so you pick the winner instead of the only one.
  • Ships 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 from the same source of truth.

Workflow 02 · B Roll

Talking heads, cut like a real editor.

Upload the raw take. Scribe transcribes to the word, the cleaner strips filler and dead air, a sparse plan drops visuals only where they earn the cut. Karaoke captions land on beat.

  1. 01 Transcribe
  2. 02 Clean cut
  3. 03 Plan b-roll
  4. 04 Generate
  5. 05 Compose
  • Filler-word and dead-air cleanup at the word timestamp, not the sentence.
  • Sparse b-roll: visuals arrive where the point needs them, never as wallpaper.
  • Karaoke captions with keyword pops, exported 9:16 for social.

Workflow 03 · A Roll / Avatars

An avatar and a script become a studio narrator.

Pick the avatar, hand it the script. We polish the copy for delivery, cast the voice, render the take. Use it standalone, or feed it back as narration into Product Ads and B Roll.

  1. 01 Choose avatar
  2. 02 Polish script
  3. 03 Cast voice
  4. 04 Render
  5. 05 Deliver
  • ElevenLabs voice, tuned for pace, emphasis, and breath. Not text-to-speech flatness.
  • HeyGen render with lip sync locked to the cut audio.
  • Reusable across every workflow: one avatar becomes your on-brand host.

Memory, per workflow

The same memory, folded into every cut.

Memory is not a template library. It is the taste, palette, characters, and do/don'ts your team has already approved. Every workflow pulls from it before the first frame renders.

Product Ads

Concepts arrive already inside your palette, tone, and story rules. The screenwriter writes in your voice; the director shoots in your look.

B Roll

B-roll picks respect brand aesthetics and cultural do/don'ts. Captions match your type system. The cut sounds like you before you touch it.

A Roll

Avatar delivery, script polish, and pacing follow the voice patterns your best ads already established. New scripts land on-brand from draft one.

Bring a product URL or a raw take. We'll run it through the pipeline on a founder call.
